Returns 

All Sales are Final on sale items! 

You may return any non-damaged, non-defective and unaltered merchandise within 10 days from delivery date to receive a full refund. Clothing returns must be unworn, unwashed (clothing that smells like perfumes or detergents will not be accepted) and must have its original packaging and tagging

Exchanges and Return shipping charges information:

Exchanges and returns will require the customer to pay for return shipping. Unless the original item arrives damaged or incorrect through no fault of the customer. We will pay for the return shipping cost.

Please ship with tracking; we are not responsible for packages lost by shipping carriers.                                                                                                  

Your exchanged item will be ship out within 3-5 business days of us receiving your return. If the exchanged item is no longer in stock, we will issue a full refund. 

Damaged, Defective Product, Incorrect Order or missing Item.

We do our best to inspect and package each item so that it can arrive to you undamaged. However, sometimes it is beyond our control. If an item becomes damaged during shipping, defective, missing product or your order is incomplete; you must contact our customer service department via email no later than three days of receiving your item. There is no additional cost to you to replace damaged or defective items. Will are happy to refund your damaged or defective item if you decline replacement. All returns are subject 25% restocking fee. Refunds and replacements shall be in the original packing with the packing slip and return authorization. You must fill out the form below for cancellation on missing or incorrect orders and damaged or defective products within three days of receiving your order. All cancellations, replacements, and refunds must be authorized.

Damaged or Defective Garments

We inspect all garments for loose threads, holes, and spots before we ship your order. We know how exciting it is to get new clothes, so we want to make sure your purchase is in perfect condition. Please do not remove the tags until you have inspected your item. If we miss something while examining your garment, we will gladly accept it in its original packaging, unwashed and unworn with tags in place.
